January Bubbles
Many of us strive to kick off the new year with a healthy start after the craziness of the holidays.
So, why not try low-sugar January? The challenge is a great way of helping your body determine how much sugar actually feels good for you…
Rest assured, this does not mean you have to cut out the bubbles! In Prosecco, residual sugar typically refers to the sugar remaining after fermentation stops. Depending on their sweetness, Proseccos are labelled from “Brut” (0-12g per litre), “Extra Dry” (12-17 g/l) to “Dry” (17-32 g/l). At Prosecco House, we stock three low-sugar Proseccos for you to try that never compromise on taste.
Cirotto Extra Brut
Cirotto Asolo Prosecco Superiore has a delightful, dry style with small, elegant bubbles. This premium, very dry “Skinny Prosecco’s” no sugar content enhances the structure and bursts on the nose with an intense bouquet of golden apple and pear, making it incredibly easy on the palate!
Andreola Primo Brut
Totally sugar free, Andreola Primo Brut is structured and well balanced, with intense scents of hawthorn blossoms and citrus fruit, apples and peaches. The well-defined flavour is distinguished by balanced sapidity and unusually fine fruity hints, qualities drawn from the soil and ideal exposure. This is not one to miss!
Rivalta Spumante Extra Brut
Rivalta’s family-run winery was born from the philosophy of a harmonic product; a perfect summary of the grapes, the earth and the sun that created it all. The Spumante 1940 “L’Extra Brut” is a very fine dry Prosecco with elegant fragrance and vivacious perlage. Containing just 1g/l, it has fresh notes of white peach and acacia flowers; a delicate and delightful choice!
We have a table waiting for you, so Book Now and pay us a visit this New Year to sample these delicious low/no sugar Proseccos. We look forward to serving you!
