The Heart Behind Every Bubble
At Prosecco House, every glass tells a story.
We don’t just serve Prosecco, we share the passion, people, and places behind it. That’s why we work only with small, family-run wineries in the Valdobbiadene and Veneto regions, each committed to sustainable practices, generational knowledge, and uncompromising quality.
Meet some of the producers we proudly pour every day.
Rooted in Tradition
Our wines come from vineyards that have been cultivated for generations. These are not mass-market producers, they’re family-run estates, where vines are tended by hand, and harvests are a matter of pride, not profit. These winemakers treat their land with deep respect, using sustainable farming methods and traditional techniques to preserve both quality and heritage.
From steep hillside plots to centuries-old cellars, every bottle we serve is made with care, patience, and a genuine passion for the craft.

Ethically Sourced. Honestly Made.
We’ve met every winemaker we work with. We’ve walked their vineyards, tasted from their barrels, and built long-standing relationships based on shared values
No shortcuts. No artificial flavouring. Just real Prosecco, made the right way. Most of our wines are produced in small batches, often using organic or low-intervention methods — and always with transparency and integrity.
Discover the Five Styles of Prosecco
At Prosecco House, we serve five unique styles, each defined by its sugar content and flavour.
Extra Brut is the driest, crisp and clean.
Brut is slightly softer and well-balanced. Surprisingly,
Extra Dry is sweeter than Brut ,fruity and smooth.
Dry is round, soft, and the sweetest we serve.
Finally, our Rosé Prosecco, made with a touch of Pinot Noir, offers delicate berry notes and a fresh finish.
There’s a style for every palate ,and we’ll help you find yours.

A Diversity of Expression
Thanks to our close relationships with boutique wineries, we’re able to curate a unique menu of Prosecco styles, from rare vintage releases to modern, low-intervention wines. Each bottle on our list is hand-selected to represent something special — a place, a family, a philosophy.
